1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by Lots of Love Celebrant (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By engaging our services or making a booking, you (“the couple”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.

2. Services
We offer celebrancy services for weddings, elopements, pop-up weddings, and other ceremonies as outlined on our website or discussed directly with clients.
Each ceremony is personalised and conducted by an authorised marriage celebrant in accordance with Australian law.

3. Enquiries & Bookings
Initial enquiries can be made through our website or by email.
A booking is confirmed once:
We’ve accepted your booking request in writing, and
A non-refundable 50% deposit has been received.
Until both steps are complete, your ceremony date remains unconfirmed and may be booked by another couple.

4. Payments
The 50% deposit secures your booking and is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before your ceremony date.
Payments can be made via bank transfer or PayID.
Failure to make full payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

5. Cancellations & Postponements
If you choose to cancel your booking:
Your deposit is non-refundable.
If you need to postpone, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new date, subject to availability.
If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (such as illness or emergency):
We will arrange for a qualified substitute celebrant to perform your ceremony at no additional cost, or
Offer to postpone your booking to a mutually agreed future date.

6. Legal Requirements
As an authorised marriage celebrant under Australian law, we comply with the Marriage Act 1961 and related legislation.
Couples are responsible for ensuring:
All legal paperwork (including the Notice of Intended Marriage) is completed accurately and submitted within the required timeframes.
Both parties provide valid identification and meet all legal requirements to marry in Australia.

7. Insurance
Lots of Love Celebrant is a proud member of the United Celebrant Network and is covered by Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.

8. Use of Images
We love celebrating our couples and may request permission to use ceremony photos or videos for social media or marketing purposes.
This will always be discussed and agreed upon in writing within your booking contract.

9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to deliver your ceremony as planned, we are not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, venue issues, or third-party disruptions.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the services paid.

10. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your booking will apply to your agreement with us.
